 TECHNIQUE TO GAME INTELLIGENCE

3 SESSION PROGRAM - $100

SESSION 1

 2 PLAYER GROUP

UNOPPOSED TECHNICAL SESSION

  • Unopposed technical work

  • Breaking down and fixing technical detail

  • Emphasis on efficient movement / form

  • Correcting mechanics:

    • Body shape

    • Foot placement

    • Balance

    • Rhythm / Movement

Purpose

  • Establish a strong technical foundation

  • Give players the time, space, and detailed feedback needed to clean up habits

  • Build confidence through correct repetition

  • Remove pressure so technique can be learned correctly

You can’t execute under pressure if the technique isn’t sound.

SESSION 2

SMALL GROUP (3–4 PLAYERS)

REPETITION + CONTROLLED PRESSURE

  • Very small group setting (3–4 players)

  • High-repetition training environment

  • Wider variety of technical activities

  • Introduction of light opposition and controlled pressure

  • Emphasis on maintaining technical accuracy at increased speed

  • Focus on quicker execution without sacrificing form

Purpose

  • Bridge the gap between isolated technical work and game realism

  • Expose players to pressure while preserving high-quality repetition

  • Reinforce correct technique under increasing tempo

  • Build consistency and confidence as the game begins to speed up

Technique stays clean while the game starts to move faster.

SESSION 3

GAME-BASED GROUP (6-8 PLAYERS)

TECHNIQUE IN THE MOMENT

  • Group setting of 6–8 players

  • Game-based training environment

  • Activities designed around real match scenarios

  • Technical skills used to solve game problems

  • Fully opposed and pressured situations:

    • 1v1

    • 2v2

    • 3v3

    • Overload and disadvantage scenarios

  • Emphasis on executing technique under realistic game pressure

Purpose

  • Connect technical skill to intelligent decision making

  • Teach players when, why, and how to apply a skill in the game

  • Develop composure, awareness, and confidence under pressure

  • Ensure technical ability translates directly to match performance

The skill must make sense for the moment — not just look good.
